In order to make a claim, immediately contact your insurance company about any potential claim under a policy. Then contact IBS PLUS offices, or submit an inquiry through this website.

Please provide as much information as possible about your claim so that we can help you in the most timely and efficient manner.

a.- Fire, Water, Storm and associated damages
In the case of damaged property, will work with you to determine the documentation necessary to develop quotes for item repair or replacement. Documents that establish your ownership of the items as they currently exist, albeit in a damaged state, will be of benefit in most circumstances.

In the case of theft or burglary, your insurance company will require proof of loss.
This will generally be in the form of documents such as photographs, receipts or invoices, owner/operation manuals, and packaging.

e.- Rescue operation and Ship salvage
In order for your claim to be considered, this documentation should be assembled and provided as soon as possible. Your Loss Adjustor can assist you with processing your claim once these materials are compiled.
Also, if damage to your property occurs as a result of forced entry, it may be covered by your insurance policy.
