Collateral management service is a method of securing a loan with physical commodities. A collateral management agreement is concluded between the financing party, the borrowing party/the owner of the commodities and IBS PLUS, as independent surveying company receiving and retaining control over the said commodities into storage. The goods are released from the storage as per instructions in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Collateral Management provides greater flexibility for import and export trade.
